Pretty Smart Ledger uses the information you submit to respond to an inquiry, assess the scope of requested services, prepare a proposal, and, if you become a client, provide the agreed services.

What we collect

The online request asks for your name, business, email, service choices, answers about your bookkeeping, meeting preference, and optional notes. Prospective clients may upload up to three handbook or policy documents through a private invitation link that expires after 14 days. Authorized clients may also upload documents through the signed-in workspace. Please keep account numbers and employee records out of the public request form and prospect upload.

Where it goes

Requests and workspace records are stored with the providers that host this website and its private database and document storage. Email delivery and scheduling providers may process contact and appointment information when those features are connected. Ashley reviews inquiries, prospect documents, and client documents to provide services. We do not publish your submissions on the site.

Your choices

You can ask what information Pretty Smart Ledger holds about your inquiry, request a correction, or ask about deletion by emailing prettysmartledger@gmail.com. Records needed for an active engagement or legal obligations may need to be retained. A separate engagement agreement will describe the terms of client work.
